Forte dei Marmi Vacation Packages

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 9 PM. By then, everyone had left, and the yard gate was closed, so we couldn’t even access the property. We also noticed that one of the beds was falling apart, which we had to report before it was fixed. That same night, the bathroom drain became clogged, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Although they sent a plumber to fix the issue the following day, it was still an unpleasant experience. The breakfast was also quite average, with very limited options. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these inconveniences.

Awesome spot to stay, staff treats you like royalty. Nice little spot to stay for a few days after one of the bigger cities in Italy!

Fantastic location in the heart of Florence. They room was big, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool and bar and these largely lived up to my expectations. The views were beautiful and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Additionally, the hotel stored our bicycles securely as requested. There was just something missing in the service I expected at this price level. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, there were no robes in the room and when I asked for pool towels, I was asked if I had looked properly in the room for them. I didn't really feel looked after in any of my dealings with people working at the hotel.

The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel was good, great location and the staff was friendly.
