Need to improve on how to find the booking record
When I checked in and showed the printout (paper) of the confirmation number, the front desk staff could not find the record I booked. The reason they said that the booking might not via channel of hotels.com. It might be via other agency. They asked me trying to show the confirmation from mobile phone. Finally, they could find the record. It was so strange why I let them the printout of the confirmation that they could not find my booking. I needed to wait for additional 15 minutes to get a room.
