Great apartment: Roomy, clean ,attentitive staff and great location. The only area that could use some improvement is on the connection between G&G and Expedia. It took a while for my reservation to be found.

Room was basic. Had to ask to get a second towel. Asked or an iron, was told THE iron they have wasn't working. Bar staff used the age-old excuse of not having change, to self tip.

There was no staff at the front office. The bellman brought my luggage at the front office, but there was no attendant. I had to wait for 30 minutes before the attendant comes.

Beautiful Hotel.
