Suprisingly good!
I stayed 2 nights with my 12yo son. The olace was quite clean except for the floors. They needed some attention, both in the hallway and in the room. The breakfast was good for such an inexpensive motel, although the coffee was weak. The staff was outstanding in their friendliness and efforts. The place was a sort of run down, but not bad. Overall, for such a budget friendly place, it was really good. I wpuld definitely stay there again if i found myself in the area.

The bathroom and bed were clean! The problem was that everything else was so neglected it was beyond filthy. I was very impressed with the front desk guy though. I showed him pictures I had just taken in the room, he asked me to text him the pictures and offered me a complete refund! In the hallway I noticed huge air freshener cards sticking out of every single air vent... There was an odd smell, not necessarily bad just very different, I could not identify it.

Surprisingly good.
Got more than expected. For the type of place that can survive solely on location (directly across from Gillette Stadium), it was surprisingly well maintained, large clean room (could use a little TLC, but generally just fine). Comfortable, again, clean. A 5 star hotel, it ain't, but IMO, you get plenty of bang for your buck. Would definitely stay there again.

The minute you walk into reception area, you see filthy wall behind the desk & ceiling tiles falling off brackets. Ceiling was filthy too. Room had faucet that moved off the.vanity. Tub grouting was gross!
