Clean beautiful, staff was great. However there were issues that probably would deter me from returning 1) parking lot adjacent to hotel was very small and could not possibly accommodate all guests which necessitated guests using parking lot 250-30 feet across the road which in the spring or summer would be fine but in the snow and ice was treacherous, 2) web site says breakfast is available but fails to tell you that it will cost $18.00 for a bowl of Rice Krispies. I resent the false advertisement. Charging $18.00 is very chincey 3) no heat in the bathroom, nothing like taking a shower and emerging into a cold room

Positives: the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Negatives: we were there on a Saturday night. The bar closed at 10, which seems awful early for a Saturday and the bartender was rude! Apparently you allow dogs because there were at least 2 dogs barking loudly in the room above us at 7am while their owners were yelling at them to shut up

Spots of blood on the pillow case. And bathroom doors are sliding, they don’t seal, there’s now real privacy in the bathroom. Staff was kind, continental breakfast was not exactly self serve as expected, a waitress comes to bring drinks and is to be tipped for services.

The property was very nice but did not get any sleep, the people above us were ver y loud all night even after we called the front desk to complain, they stopped for 5 minutes and then began banging on the floor and making noise again. Ended up leaving very early and headed back home
