Staff was very nice and accommodating. They responded quickly to all requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was kid friendly with tons of options. Location is also amazing! Overall a great stay.

Air conditioning system needs serious care.

Firstly there is an unpleasant chemical smell coming from the A/C system that was truly awful. Luckily I had windows that opened or I couldn’t have spent the night. The place seems tired and not well thought out with large brown containers (?garbage) by entrance in back. The poll wasn’t working.

Really a great experience. Very nice and modern. Granite countertops in the kitchen was impressive. I Immediately understood why the ratings were so good. We brought our 12 lbs Cavapoo too. The hotels always give you the worst room when you bring a pooch but honestly this was probably the nicest pet friendly room I’ve stayed at. We booked on very short notice to attend the KR trial. All the other hotels were way overpriced so we were super thankful to be able to bring the whole crew at a highly rated and affordable hotel. The breakfast was good enough. It’s free so we enjoyed the oatmeal (my fav) and muffins. My teens got a little loud celebrating (sorry) but the front desk lady respectfully asked us to quiet down. I always hate asking for more towels or washcloths but I never felt like it was a bother. Again, this is a great place to stay with the family. I saw other families outside enjoying the grill and basketball court.

Lovely get-away location

The hotel is located in a quiet location. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay immensely. If we are in the area again, we would definitely want to stay there.

Highly recommended!

The staff was nothing but helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are mini suites and the fire pit a nice way to spend a couple hours.

Make sure you have a receipt!

Room was adequate. Check in was a nightmare. Booked 2 rooms, they tried to get us to take 1 room for 4 people. Finally pushed enough where the magically found our "second room." The whole thing felt shady like they maybe over sold the rooms. There was a big concert in town so it wouldn't surprise me if that happened. Left another review that was being sent to the property manager and didn't recieve any response from that either.

The room was great with plenty of space for just myself. The curtains were perfect for watching movies and it was overall peaceful! The one complaint I had was it seemed there was always noise coming from somewhere. Maybe the walls were thin or something, but I could at times hear other people’s TV’s or conversations. Other than that, great stay for a solo trip!
