terrible service, avoid

really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

Café da manhã nos 4 dias a mesma coisa, variedade de pães e bolo, salgado muito pouca opção, o pessoal da recepção não sei o nome, mas são da parte da tarde, são excelentes, fica bem próximo ao terminal rodoviário e próximo ao Paraguai, um ponto ruim é que chegou ônibus muito cedo lá, aí acordamos bem cedo, uma dica, pedir os quartos do fundo, pq os da frente é bem barulhento, mas num todo o hotel e bom sim e nos atendeu.
