It was ok

We were supposed to get a deluxe room with the microwave and fridge, but we ended up with a king room instead of a queen room so I guess we didn’t really need to complain. The place smelled bad in the hall. The rooms floor is kind of sticky and the more toilet seat had a crack in it. The bathtub wall was damaged.

Good for the price. We just needed somewhere to stay overnight for a Boston Red Sox game for a night. It was easy to get to from the train station. It was clean, however, you could see damage on the outlets from other patrons. Didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge in the room, no breakfast. But it was fine for one night.

I stay almost exclusively at hotels in this price point/rating category so I know what I'm getting myself into. This was probably on the lower end of these types of hotels. Elevator was out of order. Huge spider in the room when we walked in. Bathroom cleanliness was only fair. Cars in the parking lot with broken windows. The lot for the hotel itself was small so we were directed to park in the back area of the gas station. It was fine to sleep in, but if we were going back to the area I would look for a different place before choosing this one again.

Bates Motel

I mean it is motel 6 so you can’t expect much but there was dried up blood on the sheets , the hallways smelled like c-diff. The tub was stained brown and had missing paint and cracks all in the tub. Pets are allowed so dogs were barking all night and I just couldn’t sleep. This place needs a renovation asap. I feel this location there is alot of tricking and drugs. Smh never again

People smoking weed inside and outside the hotel, the elevator doesn’t work, there’s no phone in the room to request any kind of service, the room was dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The savings are not worth it — it’s better to pay a bit more and get better service and quality.

There were people hanging out front & back drinking & smoking. The bathroom tub was disgusting. It’s giving shelter for homeless people. I felt unsafe being there. I checked in & checked out not even 3 minutes of being in the room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Game Time

We went to the Red Sox vs Marlins game at Fenway Park, rented Blue bikes, had cocktails at a couple venues. Had an amaizing time.

Staff needs hospitality training.

Front desk clerk didn’t greet us at check in. Didn’t use my name, say hello or make eye contact. I felt like we were interrupting him. Elevator out of service. We were on third floor. Toilet didn’t flush upon arrival before we used it. No one offered or asked how our stay was upon departure.
