The floor in the bathroom was filthy- when I picked up the white towel from collecting water- it came back brown - there wasn’t any shampoo or body wash in the shower- thank goodness for bringing my own toiletries

Parking was simple with a large parking lot available. We were on the 2nd floor and although shampoo, conditioner and body wash were offered the bottles were empty. I didn’t think to check to see if there was product until I was in the shower. Fortunately I brought my own. The front desk man Kevin was a wonderful pleasure to converse with! He was very friendly and helpful when we needed to stay one more night. He made sure the new room on the 1st floor was serviced completely.

The A/C and heat did not work in my room. The microwave was unplugged and shoved in a closest. It also did not work when I tried it. Not worth the money to stay here. Dirty bathroom. All around bad experience.

My room was right beside the front desk- which was noisy and staff were loud. At 4am I was awoken by a staff person saying good morning loudly. I had a barely hot shower- temp was ALL the way up & it was never hot. There was a lightbulb lying on the counter- soap was already open- which I didn’t use- and the blind was broken. Facility is newly renovated but poorly done & I was terribly disappointed

This hotel has excellent location, right off hwy 93 and in the beautiful mountains of Franconia. The pool was huge, clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed swimming there. Our room was recently renovated and was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The price was right for a hotel that is undergoing renovations. We knew that when we booked so we accepted the downsides of staying at a place that is in the process of being renovated.

The staff was courteous. The towels are too thin. We had a room below a family of small several children. They should put children on the first floor. The shower heads were too low for 6 foot son.
