Free airport shuttle was a fiasco. Must call and reserve the shuttle before travel altogether. Arriving to the airport and calling does not work. First, if you do not have a German eSim or international roaming you won’t be able to call at all. Second, even if you call, unless you reserved the shuttle in advance of travel (like back when you were home), you cannot get the shuttle. When you make a reservation for the shuttle it is for a specific time, so if your plane is late, no shuttle for you. For some reason, the frustration this causes is lost on the hotel staff.

The property is located within a business park. I don’t know why it’s called “Frankfurt airport” since it’s quite far from the airport. I had problems arranging hotel shuttle and had to pay 50 euro for taxi. The hotel itself is fine and is close To a train station and a park.

Hotel location is 15 km away from Frankfurt airport. Shuttle only departs from Terminal 1. It was very difficult to get between the two terminals ( 2> 1) with luggages, so I paid 47 E for a taxi. I could not see any restaurants or markets around the hotel.Its in an Industrial district I guess. The room was very simply furnished. Pillows and blankets were insufficient. The room heating was not working..it was 13 degrees outside. Check-out time is 11am but the lobby is insufficient, so it was very difficult to sit and spend time. There was a table for 6 people and some other Guests were having a meeting there. The price of the restaurant inside the hotel was reasonable and what I ate was delicious. If I come to Frankfurt again, I will choose another place.

Stayed the night before my flight home in the morning. Shuttle was on time and a quick ride to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. The Hungarian restaurant on the property was great.

This would have to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was the type of room you did not want to take your shoes off. Smelled like smoke thoughout. We woke up at 6am due to loud music playing right outside our window. We booked an airport shuttle for 7am when we checked in the night before and when we come down to meet the shuttle we find out that the hotel staff is on strike so no food, not front desk staff and no shuttle and to top it off the loud music was the hotel staff that were on strike. We had to call an uber which added stress to our 10yr old daughter. She was nervious we were not going to make our flight. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have rather slept at the airport.

Cons: Small hotel, stains in the carpet, shower is very tiny, no AC, a 30 min drive from the city center of Frankfurt so to get to the city you have to Uber or find a bus. Pros: breakfast was good, Free shuttle to and from airport was a great benefit (only during certain hours though!), fairly cheap. Overall: it was just ok, fine for a night or two.

It’s an ok hotel for a transit night stay. The room was smelly. Outside the hotel entrance there were a lot men seems like lorry drivers had a conference and having their booz. It’s was very intimidating. With a family with very young children trying to get in and check in.

Some surfaces were not clean. Smashed bugs were on the wall. There was almost no soap in the bottle in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice bedding. Refreshing mineral water. Windows that open. Nice and professional reception and service.
