The room was a great size and the air conditioning was appreciated. Location was good, close to train and old town. Not as sketchy as some have said, really wasnt an issue. The noise from the street was very loud at all hours. The bathroom smelled really horrible. And hoisekeeping left balls of hair on the floor. Overall though it was a fairly decent hotel.

Refrigerator in kitchenette does not make ice.
The place was very clean. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking for a short-term. The refrigerator did not make ice and was not very cold. The air condition for the unit didn't work well and therefore never shut off during my stay. However, the internet worked pretty good.

The property was not terrible but is very tired (it could do with a fresh coat of paint). The beds are incredibly soft, to the point where it was difficult to move or sleep on them. The area appeared lovely in the day but turns very different at at night- the street lies near the red light district and this is filtering through to the area of the hotel. We did not feel comfortable at night.

The staff at this hotel were great. The hotel was in excellent condition. The only thing I did not like as much is the neighbourhood it was in. Partly my fault for not researching more on the area.

For the purposes of my trip, the location of the hotel was perfect. I've stayed here several times so I guess that in itself is a recommendation. The area is adjacent to the main station, so unsurprisingly you may find some interesting characters on the streets.

Excellent location. The small kitchen is not truly suitable since there is no real space to work with food. From my experience, I did shop for fruit, small snacks and if you are into a cold meal, there is enough space to prepare it in the room, including storing in a small fridge. However, there are an abundant restaurants close by. You are some 200 meters from the main Train station with excellent connection options. Good spot for a short stay of several days. The is also a morning buffet breakfast which is adequate.
