Property was nice and clean inside, However lots of homeless people and drug users outside and round the back of the property. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go back. Our bathroom also smelled of sewage.

Our room may not have been spacious, but it was compact and modern style (decor and furniture). Their self-check-in system was a royal pain. We had to get help and if he had handled it from the beginning, we would have been checked in in half the time.

Conveniently located and comfortable stay.

Was in Frankfurt for a conference. The location is super convenient and the stay and breakfast great! The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but now fridge. The area around the station is rough at night, making the hotel a great oasis to relax and rest. The parking is a hassle and expensive at the train station and a long way to carry suitcases. Will probably stay here again.

Property is clean, modern and quiet. Self service check-in takes a bit getting used to. Booked 2 rooms with no hot water! Used the chat to try to resolve the hot water issue but no luck. No room phone or front desk to call. Was informed no maintenance on site at the moment. TV does not work. Approached by drug users outside of hotel.
