Very bad service, good location

I would not stay here again. Reception staff is very, very rude with bad service overall. I apologized for being 45 min late for check-out and explained I had urgent calls but I said regardless, they cannot rudely chase me out of the room 3x. The receptionist did not take it well, acknowledge or understand my point and even proceeded to raise his voice, put his hand up to stop me from talking and then just left. I did not feel safe. I would not go there again especially not for a business trip, not worth it.

I booked the hotel mainly because of its Swimming Pool area. But when i tried to use the facility I didn’t expect it to be fully crowded, because apparently Fitness First and Hilton share their fitness and swimming facilities. On the Expedia application and website this information wasn’t provided which led to anger and disappointment because I couldn’t use the facilities as I thought I would be. Extremely crowded and impossible to use the swimming pool. Fitness first members are being prioritized, as the lifeguard told us. Normally I do enjoy stayin Hilton Hotels but this time I was extremely disappointed, I hope you can find a solution for this problem.
