There was a double billing issue, despite my repeated notifications to the staff at both check-in and check-out that I had prepaid through Expedia. More concerning are the unauthorized charges. At check-in, a 50-euro deposit was temporarily charged, for which I received a receipt. However, my credit card was charged a higher amount without my consent and without a receipt. I’ve asked for an explanation more than twice, but after a week, I’ve received no answer. This has caused a serious loss of trust.

2 men in our room in the middle of the night.!
Late check in around 10 pm. Got to the room, found 2 bags in the chairs, called the receptiondesk, he answered: Oh my gosh, i’m sorry. I will send someone to get the bags. The bags was picked up quickly. We went to bed, thinking everything now was okay. But at 2:20 am, two english guys where in our room, or should I say their room? The english guys went to the receptiondesk and we tried getting back to sleep - not easy. Next morning I told the receptiondesk about our experience and the abrupted sleep, and that we where not happy. She was sorry, but pointed out that the problem was because of system breakdown last night. As a customer I dont care about system failure - I care about getting my sleep when we have booked and paid for the room more than half a year ago. To compensate, she offered free parking for the night - which we ALREADY had..! Not a great experience.

Property was fine. Booking process between Expedia & hotel messed up. Arrived at hotel & they had no record of my reservation. It was late when we arrived. Ended up having to pay for room again. Working to get refund. So far no luck. 😡
