Extremely unsafe location. Heavy drug use and violence right outside the doors. We left and did not stay a single night. Stay elsewhere!

The area around the hotel is "unsafe" by German city standards, not by US or many other standards so just use common sense, be polite to folks hanging around on street corners, and you should be fine. The hotel itself is extremely utilitarian and was fine for an affordable overnight stay.

Area is not safe too noisy. People yelling for the whole night on the street. Sink tap was loose. Shower tb was not draining and filled with water. Staff customer service was bad. Booked for 3, there was no linen or comforter for 3rd person.

Location is convenient. Front desk barely greeted us, or made eye contact. All check in process was done in an awkward silence. Elevator is super small. There was a cockroach in the bathroom so cleanliness can be improved. Wifi was extremely slow. We only had to use 1 phone - for wifi to do someone okay job/speed. If you are going to use two devices, good luck! As it’s right across from the Frankfurt central station, area is loud and also dirty.

Not a safe area, elevator only goes to level 5 so you have to carry bags up a narrow and steep staircase if you are on level 6. Had an AC unit but only fan works so was 30degrees in room which was hotter than outside. Was not clean, the AC remote had blood on it. Do not arrive after dark if walking from the train.

It’s a convenient place for public transportation and dinning , but environment is bad, dirty and noise outside the hotel and some suspicious people walking around all the day and night.

Okay for budget travel
Okay so it's right across from the train station which is amazing but about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and about 20 minute walk to the bar area. Room is super small (really small basic elevator as well). It's not for comfort but if you are on a budget and don't want a hostel this will do.
