Shame really, pretty cool, good location. Area immediately outside hotel is a bit of a hang out area for people. It wasn’t terrible but groups of teenagers and smoking. But biggest disappointment was when room maid just walked into our room - knowing we had just got back. No door knock. Not good.

Hotel was in a convenient location and close to everything you need. The hotel was nice and so was the staff. However the bed was hard as a rock and it felt like I slept on the concrete floor. The next day I could hardly walk, because of this I wouldn’t recommend or return.

The best staff, front desk support was fabulous! Went out of the way to help us with directions, ideas. Had a suitcase emergency and they provided gorilla tape to close and secure my broken suitcase. Perfect walking location.

I like the lobby set up of the hotel with open seating. I suggest that the hotel offer 24/7 coffee service since this is just from the machine. We were disappointed that we couldn't have a cupd of coffee or tea before retiring for the night.

We liked the uniqueness of the reception and dining area and the relaxed atmosphere. We didn’t like the young drinkers hanging out at the entrance at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the hotel is situated in a great location for transport, shopping and the Christmas Markets.

Nice hotel about as central as you can get, surprisingly quiet for the area. Basic rooms but everything you need, spotlessly clean sparkly bathroom. If getting the train from the airport try to have exit the station from the direction of the front of the train

This Moxy is like all others, funky with fun options in the lobby like games & interesting seating. The 24 hour bar is great for getting a glass full of ice to enjoy a cider or cold water in your room. My only issue with this location was that they no longer had the ability to provide air conditioning, because they don’t think people want it mid October. I had a terrible time sleeping in a stuffy room.

Clean and comfortable
This hotel was perfect for me and a friend for a one night stay in Frankfurt. It is centrally located to mass transit and easy to get to the airport by train or uber. The room is really small, but we didn’t need much for the one night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff downstairs at reception were great and when I called for more pillows they arrived quite quick. I love the 24hr bar downstairs in case you get in late or get up early and want to grab a drink or coffee.
