Great stay for one night

I had a long layover and the stay was great. Good food, comfortable, great communication from the stuff explaining the shuttle service, etc. Would definitely recommend

I liked the cleanliness of hotel and the free shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes, and the last one at 22:45pm. You have to be waiting downstairs, terminal 1, Hall B, arrival area, next to number 6. The bus is blue and white and has number 1 on it. The one thing I didn't like about hotel that the door had to be slammed really hard to shut and no one warned me that the room key has to be inserted and left in the box to activate the lights in the room. I had to figure it out myself. Hotel staff could not warn American tourists at check in? We don't have this system in USA. And front desk staff is not very friendly when approached, I had a feeling that I bother them with questions.

Excellent room and comfy bed. Restaurant was closed for some strange computer problem. Breakfast was limited because they only had one person in the kitchen. Nice gym but the sauna was out of order.

The location was just right for our needs. The shuttle service to the airport and back to the hotel was prompt and convenient. The staff was friendly. The hotel bar was not well stocked which was the only not 5 stars issue.

Overall ok, I actually like their setting and design for the room but the broken windows lost some credit as they should aware that before customer tell them.

Airport hotel that seen its better times. Elevator was in poor condition room was ok but not overly clean, coffee pods provided but all of them decaffeinated. Front desk had only one pod of regular coffee when requested. Convent airport stop with free shuttle to the airport.
