The place is very out dated , all the area around the place is full with suspicious looking people that are staring at you when you and try to harass you. The street noise in the room is very loud and every 3 minutes there is a train coming which shakes the room. There is mold in the bathroom and brown water stains in the toilet .people healing in Arabic all night long. Every time someone is going town the stairs it feel like somebody is knocking on your door. Even the safe in the room which is the only modern thing is not bolted to anything. It weigh about 20 pounds and could be carried away in a bag if a thief wanted too. This is one of the worst hotel rooms that I’ve been in the last 20 years. Even they key to the room looks like a room in the 80s .

Small hotel but provide good service

Arrived early in the morning at 0900 but check in doesn’t starts till 1600. The receptionist gentleman told me if I want early check in I have to pay 20 Euro, fair enough I paid it. After payment I asked is breakfast only for tomorrow and he said I can go in to get a coffee. After coffee I told him I had my coffee and he said eat something if you are hungry. The morning breakfast is quite alright. Will stay again next time in FRA.

The property although it being in need of some updates the property was well kept, the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was tended to on a regular basis making sure everything was fresh. My room was clean and fresh and housekeeping was prepared to bring me more towels and such to make my stay good. I enjoyed the stay that I will rent again this week for another 3 day stay.

Owner Madir threw a fit at me because i locked my key in the room. Was likely drunk as he kept forgetting which room we were going to. Kept grabbing me by my arm on the way out trying to talk to me as i was trying to get away from the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient

Very convenient as it is next to the train station. The room was very clean and large. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with various choices.

It was my worst stay, I had to leave after one night while I suppose to stay 4 nights. Everything was bad and there was a urin smell everywhere.

The property is located verry well, thats probably the only reason that would bring you to it. The noise level on Sat night is behind tolerance although we got a room not facing street. Breakfast was fair, room was not cleanest but was tolerable for shor stay.

Best avoided. From the point of view of being next to Frankfurt Station, it is very convenient, but the area is disgusting; full of drug addicts, pickpockets, drug dealers, drunks, the homeless and prostitutes. The breakfast was included, which was pretty good and the staff on reception are extremely nice and patient, especially given the number of people complaining. I had to change rooms as the furniture (which looked like it had come from a skip) was broken and there were problems with the plumbing. In each room, the beds were clean and comfortable, but the paint on the walls was peeling, there were severe problems with the plumbing (toilet in one, shower and sink in the other), there was mould and water damage on the walls and ceiling, stains on the curtains and carpets, and the property generally looks like it is being run into the ground by owners who couldn't care less. Also, if you're a light sleeper, avoid this hotel as the noise from the street (trams, sirens, people fighting, drunks shouting at each other) even with earplugs in, is unbearable.

The room had no hot water at 7am. The balcony had broken plasterwork hanging down. There was no fridge. The cleaningstaff partook in the breakfst buffet. The main lift was broken so we had to use the service elevator.
