The service at the restaurant was excellent. I did not like the fact that we ask us to pay an extra to have the room before 4PM. Of course, at 4PM, there were so many people at the front desk that we had to wait 15 minutes. The room is great, clean et renovated, but no amenities inside. I enjoy the fact that there are buses that get to the airport real fast.

I sent an email in advance to ask about the shuttle location and had no response. Could not find location or instructions at the airport. Ended up having to take a taxi which is not a big deal but the main reason we booked the hotel was because of the advertised free airport shuttle. Also the drop off and pick up location at the hotel is far from the front door and a little bit inconvenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Modern excellent property. Only issues are the check in hour of 4pm and out 10am. I arrived at 2pm and had to pay extra to check in even though the hotel was quite empty. Shuttle is a bit of a walk to the pickup and drop off. King bed is actually 2 small beds pushed together and you will fall through if you roll over.

Fantastic employees, spacious rooms, easy transportation to and from the airport. Easy 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Wish they had small fridges in the rooms. Highly recommend this quiet place to stay!

The room was lovely and clean, very comfy beds and pillows, coffee machine worked well - the bedroom balcony door/window would not close properly neither would the bathroom door. The whole property is very very nice with an up market decor palette - the breakfast was typical and pleasant, the staff were polite and efficient - the shuttle bus to airport is 100 mitre away and very convenient

Before departure, I made enquiries about the meeting point and times for the shuttle and received information from the hotel same day. This hotel suited me fine as I had a short stopover in Frankfurt. Room was clean and functional. Complimentary transfers were a bonus. The driver was punctual and helpful when I sought directions of the location of the hotel (about 2-3 minutes walk) as the bus pulls in, in front of a parking station and the hotel is not in sight. Return transfer is from the same spot as drop off. I was unaware that there is a city tax, payable upon check in. It would have helped if the hotel accepted cash. I did not use the hotel’s dining facilities.

As an english-speaking traveler navigating the Frankfurt airport, I had trouble finding the shuttle bus parking for the hotel. Frankfurt airport has 3 levels and I went up and down escalators, walking back and forth looking for the shuttle bus. I asked airport personnel 3 times for the shuttle bus location and the first two times, I was given the wrong location. I think it would be helpful to provide a map address for it. The hotel is very near the airport, which is a pro. However, passengers are all let out in front of the garage area instead of in front of the hotel lobby. It turns out the hotel has a huge park and ride facility that caters to guests who have their vehicles parked in the facility and not necessarily staying at the hotel. A con is we, the guests who are spending a night in a hotel room, all had to walk with our luggage to the lobby area, and carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs to be able to check in. The hotel sent a link for me to pre-checkin. I filled up the forms thinking it would mean i can skip the checkin line. I still had to line up to checkin and now think the pre-checkin didn’t do anything to expedite the checkin process. The room, bed, bathroom were all clean and the room was quiet. I had a very comfortable night’s sleep and I’d say in spite of all the cons, it was a good idea to spend the night there instead of at the airport on a 13-hr layover.

This hotel was clean and new looking. However, the mattresses were very hard (not comfortable for me). The shuttle was convenient, but it lets you off a block from the hotel entrance, so keep in mind you'll have to walk. I don't know why they don't drive hotel people up to the front door! The towels are scratchy, but that is normal in Germany. Still, they could do better. The breakfast is the best part of the hotel, with excellent choices and a great buffet of fresh food.
