The Restaurant Unterschweinstiege is still a gem, however a more Hessen oriented menu would be appreciated. In the past there was a dish named the "Dippehaas" and it was a true gem. Wine list should be more offerings from the Rheingau . It's a great wine region right at the door steps of the Hotel. Rooms did not had proper working air conditioning. That was a minus. Please look into this for the future.

Everything was great except check-in. It was about 1 a.m. There was a very long line and only one person checking everyone in. Eventually, another clerk joined. The actual check-in process for each person or couple seemed very long. The staff were all friendly.

An excellent hotel. A complimentary shuttle every 20 minutes to both Terminal 1 and 2 operates 24 hours a day. The hotel is close to the airport but is also like an oasis of relaxation.

The shuttle bus is convenient, the hotel is well-managed, the restaurant staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the other restaurant- Unterschweinstiege- is closed many days of the week. I was really looking forward to eating there, and was disappointed that they weren't even open on a Saturday.

It was just a place to sleep before our flight back home. Not really conveniently located to anything but the airport. Shuttle service was great but the terminal 1 bus fills up extremely quickly by flight crews. It runs often but it was pretty well packed every time

Great Stay

Everything was exceptional at the hotel. However, I would change the instructions on how to get on the shuttle at terminal 2. It's very general. This resulted our family & another to be overlooked by the driver , resulting in a 20 minute extra wait time.
