Property was very nice and conveniently across from the train station. With that in mind there are always some interesting people that linger around transportation hubs. Immediate neighborhood was interesting but otherwise fantastic stay

Great location right across from the train station in Frankfurt. Easy access to local and long distance trains. Walkable the many shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Christmas markets. Clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Super friendly staff. No one around the hotel.bothers you. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when we return to Frankfort.

The hotel itself is lovely in style & decor. Love that our room has a separate bathtub and shower stall. We were able to get a kettle and there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Offerings of cookies and fruit in the lobby. However we arrived early evening and wanted to visit the historic area with the Xmas market . Being unfamiliar with the route the front desk staff showed us on a map how to get there. What they didn’t tell us was about the streets NOT to walk on due to the high number of drug users and dealers. ( this we found out from the police when we asked for help returning to the hotel( and finally jumped into a cab). So we DID end up walking a “bad” street and we DID feel uncomfortable and unsafe but we didn’t know why- the energy was of that nature. It would be good for staff to warn guests especially female ones. Other than that- and the extreme overcrowding of the Xmas markets… the hotel experience was great.

booked this only cus near the train station. the outside is pretty dirty and filthy but the hotel was cool, location was top notch especially if u got a train ride when you leave. id stay here again , sketchy surrounding though w sketchy people hanging around the corner and what not - saw a dude smoking crack right outside of the place but yea , i feel the whole city of Frankfurt is not the nicest Germany has to offer but it is what it is. Hotel did its job... was here for a day only.

The staff is great. The property is lovely; clean rooms and safe in the hotel. The area around the property, at no fault of the hotel, is terrible; dirty, red light district, and visible drug use, but that's not uncommon near a transportation hub.

I stayed for 13 nights, and was very happy with my hotel choice. The hotel was lovely. My room was very nice. The mini-fridge though was odd. It didn't get very cold at all (more cool, than cold) and was very shallow (you could put small bottles in the door, and then had about 4-inches of depth remaining). I had to put my salad containers on their sides in the fridge. The hotel staff refers to it as the "mini-bar" (although it comes completely empty), probably because it was meant only for bottles (no shelves in the unit). The location was extremely convenient for public transit. Yes, there are dodgy-looking people hanging around the street corner and just outside the door of the train station opposite the hotel, but show me a downtown nowadays without dodgy-looking people and panhandlers hanging around. None of them were near the hotel entrance though. I am a middle-aged, 5-foot tall female, and I felt completely safe. Put your blinders on, and just walk quickly by it all. Overall, the hotel was lovely and extremely convenient.
