While the hotel had potential, my stay was unfortunately not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, and the walls near the bed could have used some attention to cleanliness. Additionally, the soundproofing between rooms was not adequate, as I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, which disrupted my sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed, as they significantly impacted my overall experience.

Fantastic interior with a convenient walk to some of the top spots in Frankfurt just be prepared for some noisy nights as you are in the main train station area.

The staff where incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile on their face. It is close to a main trainstation and only a short walk from the centre. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. The only issue is the area is quite loud with a lot of men shouting and drinking in the area. Not recommended for solo female travellers but highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area

Hotel was lovely, really comfy bed and nice pillows, shower was really good, staff were absolutely excellent, breakfast was good, fridge kept drinks really cold, the only downfall was no kettle in our room, and the noise outside at night, junkies are loud, and we left for the airport at 4am and they were still outside, a bit of a letdown for such a lovely hotel.

Great Location to the Main Station & Polite Staff
Great location near Frankfurt main train station. Polite Staff. Nice lobby. Has a small elevator, but not to the top floor. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Hot water with good water pressure. Has WiFi and television. Did not see air conditioner in room. Surrounding area very diverse with many shops and restaurants.

As expected near any metro train station, the neighborhood is a stone-cold bummer. There are some really good, fast, cheap and exotic eats nearby. The hotel is just fine- quiet and clean with just what you need. My shower drain was really slow and consequently made a bit of a flood. Only CNN and BBC if u want some English on the tv. Even if you know how to hack TV to dual language, the broadcast format does not support like in Italy or Spain. I’d stay again if I was catching a really early flight from Frankfurt. It will get you to your gate just as fast as airport hotels at half the price and there are better food options than the airport hotels.

The location is good for one or two nights near the central station. The Hotel is renovated, clean and good breakfast. They need to increase their staff at the front desk. I went to the store nearby to buy few things, when I came back the Hotel Entrance was locked and written note on the door coming back soon. It seems the front desk personal lock the door if he goes to the rest room or leave his desk for a while.

Terrible. The Worst Hotel of the Year, 2024
Just awful. The room stank so badly of an unimaginable smell it made me gag when I entered (and when I woke at 3am due to noise outside, the smell was insane). Everything was sticky and felt unclean with threadbare carpets. In trying to remove the smell the open windows let in a cacophony of noise from the unsafe area around the hotel, people screaming, sirens blaring, people high on whatever shouting and ranting. From the train station, you fight your way through crowds of drug dealers openly dealing to drug users, lots of homelessness and people with active mental health issues and not a police officer in sight. I have no idea why this rates so highly as a hotel. It _must_ be fake reviews as this would struggle to get a 5 or 6 rating even in a safe neighbourhood or more interesting location.

Wonderful, charming hotel in Frankfurt.
This small, quiet hotel was an absolute gem in Frankfurt!! The staff were very friendly (I spoke a little German, it helps); the location is near the main train station with easy access to the Airport, S and U bahns and trains to other German cities. Also, it’s within walking distance to Romerplatz (main shopping district in Frankfurt) and lots of restaurants and a grocery store (closed Sunday, use the convenience store close by) are nearby. I found the hotel to be quiet and clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is €10 per day, but it’s worth it for a traditional German breakfast. Be advised, doors are locked at night from 2300-0700 due to the clientele that are around this area, but I never felt unsafe. I would highly recommend and will use again when in Frankfurt.
