We opted to stay here as it was close to the main train station and we had an early train to catch in the morning. It’s not in the greatest area, but we expected that given that it’s in the heart of a major city with a wide variety of people coming and going. There was a great Thai restaurant right across the street that was open later than most and a place to do our laundry which wasn’t far from there either. Overall it was a decent hotel, but not a nice as the one we stayed in the first night that we came to Frankfurt a week prior. That one was a bit further from the train station which was fine since we didn’t have a train to catch the next day. Breakfast at Victoria didn’t start until later in the morning so we didn’t get to eat at the hotel and instead grabbed a bite at the train station.

This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. It is about another 10'ish minutes to the Christmas market. The staff is more than happy to hold your luggage if your room is not ready which is great. We were three and the room was perfect set up so there was no bumping into each other and room for luggage. There is an elevator which is handy. Wee balcony to watch the world go by. Bathroom was spacious. Would recommend it.

Stay here every year I visit franksurt for th Xmas market. This time only 1 major complaint room 306 mattress had a broken spring that came out of the matress and could be Dangerous. I turned the matress over which temporaly solved the problem, but the matress needs to be replaced.

Very convenient location: central to everything that tourists would like to do. Vibrant local neighborhood, which may seem scruffy to some, but in fact it’s a very safe and fun area. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Staff are fantastic!! Buffet breakfast is perfect.

Wondering front desk staff, lovely breakfast buffet. Had to park in an underground parking garage a few blocks away, but the walk was nice. Walking distance to several Christmas markets. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced as well.
