The services provided by staff in each department was exceptional. The variety of breakfast options are wonderful and the team follow up with me to ensure our stay is accommodating. The entire property is clean and the layout of the floor plan is beautiful. The room is very comfortable and it's obvious that they decorated with the guests in mind. My son and I are so happy to find this property because we stayed in five different hotels in and around this area and The Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford is by far the most accommodating hotel with a wonderful team of professional, courteous and welcoming team. We will be sharing our experience with friends and family. This hotel knows the importance of their guest and they got the intricate details of the hospitality product in point. Thank you Hampton Inn Franklin Milford for giving us the opportunity to have a good experience while staying in your hotel. Unfortunately it's lacking in this area but the team did a great job! They execute the mission statement effectively. Deon was amazing in the wee hours of 2:47 a.m. when we arrived. Thank you Deon for your remarkable service!

Stayed on the 3rd floor that was recently renovated. Everything was fresh and new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the new nightlight in the bath made the run in the dark much easier.
