I liked the room, my daughters and I shared the room with a queen bed and I slept on the pull out couch. Also a nice kitchenette, and tanke to sit and eat. The toilet in our bathroom didn’t flush - was able to use the bathroom near main lobby desk , thankfully. Also, there was a substantial water drip leaking from the shower . Needed to close the bathroom door during the night to lessen the sound. The breakfast provided for guests was quite nice- oatmeal, eggs, bagels, fruit, coffee, muffins, yogurt with a large seating area for the guests.

Our room was not ready at check in time, but staff was very friendly and held our luggage while we attended a concert at Foxborough. When we entered our room later that night the tub was running and would not shut off. The helpful staff moved us to an upgraded room, which also had a leaky tub faucet (it was silent so we rolled with it).

It was a little beat up, could use a facelift but the staff was fabulous. Our room furniture was tired, couldn’t turn water off completely in tub Had a constant small stream running.

All i have to say
Mouse droppings on the bed frame at the head of the bed... Tub had running NOT DRIPPING water. The fact that the room was rented out only proves the room wasn't properly turned over. Brought this to front desk attention. It really wasn't a big deal to them, as if expected. This is unsanitary. Do better Marriott!

Front counter gal was not pleasant-kind of dismissive when checking-in and check-out. No greeting or response to thank you. At check-out, I let her know the night before, we had maintenance check out our rooms toilet issues and the toilet issue was still not resolved and all she said was okay your set to go..

Samantha was super welcoming upon arrival and explained everything about the property amenities. Erin checked up on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. All the staff were very helpful and polite as we encountered them throughout our stay. The room was exceptional and we had no issues with anything. Beds were ultra comfortable and it was nice and quiet during our time in the room. We were very impressed with our stay and will definitely be back when we return to the area.

The staff were very nice, however the rooms could had been cleaner. We had a 2 bedroom, neither one of the bathroom floors were cleaned, the mirrors has streaks. The drawer at the bottom of the oven was greasy and dirty. If the cleaning would had been done I would have given a 5 star. The staff were great.
