TV volume never worked.

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room was clean yet some deferred maintenance noted in bathroom. I didn’t receive the ‘welcome package’ that was to equate to a discount on a meal charged to my room. I was surprised by the additional $49.95 per day Resort fee. Overall, location was good for our trip to the Sphere.

Overall a good off strip resort, here for a youth shooting tournament so the location was convenient to the Clark County Shooting Complex but far from a lot of other activities. Very family friendly.

Uhhhhh the penguin is just perfect for a stay in Miami,my stay was fantastic and I will recommend.The environment was very clean and the staffs were soo welcoming.

+Ve: Hotel rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent with great service, it is busy but they have an effective system in place to get you seated and served no issue. Good location in Miami Beach. Hotel staff are friendly, the downstairs cafe and bar is nice. Hotel gym is clean and well equipped. -Ve: Hotel pool is very busy and sunbeds are on top of each other. Only disappointment is the daily resort fee charge approx. $56 which covers the use of the hotel facilities, or if it’s not in your hotel booking rate you will be charged this as an addition at check in. The nightly hotel rate should include a total rate which includes using the facilities as standard, for more transparent pricing. In addition if you use the hotel beach loungers you will be charged an additional $38 for an umbrella, or go without. I think this its cheap to charge hotel guest for use of sun umbrella as a hotel guest, especially considering the ‘daily resort fee’ charge.
