Lovely property, excellent location, nice room, excellent shower and water pressure - restaurant overpriced, and considering price of buffet breaky would expect better than powered scrambled eggs….dining menu not kid friendly either sorry.

Great location
Great location but a few things need improving including the $6 room service fee and also the single bed in the room had a folded over mattress protector which made it much higher on one side and uncomfortable. Two of my group also had the same so this needs changing in all the rooms with a double and single bed!

GROSS!
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed it’s. Stains on carpet, on sheets and bedspreads, bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in months. The entire building smells like and barn and NO air conditioning made it so much worse. It was such a sickning smell we literally left and did not even ask for a refund. We would have paid NOT to stay in this MOTEL (not hotel, looks nothing like pictures). If you don’t have another option, either camp out or sleep in your car! Either is better than this motel.

We only stayed in this hotel 1 night. We used the dinning facilities. which overall not bad. Other than that it was placed for sight seeing. we did a helicopter tour. the hotel was placed perfectly for this as meeting place was directly opposite hotel.

This is a big fancy hotel in a tiny town. It reeks of corporate management. The rooms are excellent and very comfortable. The hotel caters to the coach tourist trade as well as independent travelers which can make dining a bit of a crush. The location has more than enough character to make up for the hotels lack of it. If you like shiny and impersonal then this one is for you.

the furnishings are tired. The carpet in the hall worn and the place has a stale smell. Our bedroom curtains torn. Bed ok but woke with back ache. Cleaned well every day though

Accommodations were adequate and clean. Dinner was affordable and had adequate menu options. Needed room key to get into the building you were staying in and your room. Adequately secure and close to accomidations for laundry and town for groceries, etc.
