Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

The only thing I didn't like about it, it's next to a main room. Everything else are good.

The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard.

It was ideally located and short walk to the city centre. It’s up hill on the way back so if fitness is not your strong suit maybe not ideal. In house parking was over priced at $30 a day when there was free parking around on the street ranging from 180mins to all day and very close to hotel. The drying room was great. The cleaning of the room was a little poor and fresh sheets and towels needed to be request a couple of times over a 10 day stay. The room was also much smaller than I thought from the photos. This might just be my own perception though. 2 people in the room with ski gear and suits cases was a very tight squeeze. Overall it was good and great location for what we were after.
