The room had all the listed amenities and everything was in good, clean condition. The room was comfortable and the staff were very polite and friendly. Location is convenient. Check-in was slow, but I didn't have any issues.

Hotel from hell

The air in the room and the entire hotel was dry and stell. The rooms chairs where smelly smelled like cigarettes and had stains need to be thrown out or replaced. The snack machine on our floor didn’t work. customer service wasn’t good the from desk man was rude and said he called me many times and never received a single call. The sign in the front is asking for help but it’s not even spelled correctly it says hel wants. Overall it was a horrible experience

room was okay was clean but kinda small...sketchy neighborhood around the area and some people hanging outside were definitely not to be trusted but area lighted well and across the road is all types of retail establishments so that's convenient...great restaurant right next door, red Horse restaurant been there 40+ years and great ambience and food there, mostly a high end steak place, bartender very friendly

Person in the back parking lot running and revving his car engine at 3:30 in the morning. Lots of action going on around the outside of the hotel at night. Desk attendant the next morning seemed unconcerned with this info.

Microwave didn't work..Refrigerator wasn't right temp. hair dryer didn't work..had to ask to dump my garbage after 4 days and also ask for clean towels....bugs in bathroom early morning..someone should really check this room out.

There was a foul smell in the hallway for many days. Humidity in the room. Staff did not change toiletteries nor clean the room even once for a 5-day and 3-night reservation, even upon request. We like the proximity to stores and restaurants. It is quiet.

When I arrived with my elderly uncle, I noticed there were strange people living there. Drug addicts, mentally disturbed and a kid wondering around with a trash can. Next morning, we went downstairs for the complimentary breakfast. The food didn’t look edible. The orange juice pitcher looked dirty and the sausage looked under cooked. The granola and the pastries were old. We later went across the street to Wawa. When we return, there were three police cars in the front of the hotel. Who were responding to a call for a strange man I saw earlier in the lobby. Later that night the same man was screaming and banging on doors naked and bloody. The police came and arrested him. I clearly heard the policeman arresting this disturbed individual. In the morning my uncle and I walked towards the elevator. There were heavy blood stains on the walls and on the carpet. Even the surveillance camera by the elevator had blood on it. I never leave reviews but I was so scared for my uncle and I, that I wanted to warn future visitors not to book at this property. They need to cater only to the unfortunate and leave out us visitors for our safety.
