The hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed even though its a no smoking hotel. Very loud due to being next to the highway. Fan unit in the room is extremely loud.

Roaches and dirty. Staff was rude towards me because I was upset about roaches. It’s was a lot of roaches and dirty sheets. Elevator very close to the room. I was ready to leave at 3am but I was drinking from wine fest. Avoid at all cost. Pictures online look nothing like facility. no one ever called me about my complaint. Franchise property with no accountability. Poor
