The first room we were given smelled so bad from mold, we had to ask for another room. The 2nd room was slightly better, although the mold on the ceiling was concerning and, while not the hotels fault- the extremely loud rumble of a truck at 5am woke me with a jolt. About the only positive thing i can say about the property (aside from the waffle breakfast, which we appreciate) was the very kind young lady at the front desk. She tried her best to get us into a better room and was very sweet. We will not be returning.

Something is wrong with their vents maybe but the smell in the room and the gym was TERRIBLE and was very musty/moldy and permeated the whole room. The staff was friendly, and everything was fine otherwise but the smell just kind of overpowered everything.

This place is horrible. Apparently the toilet was already clogged before I even checked into the room so once I used it, it only worsened the problem. Had to go to the front desk and get a plunger. I couldn’t get the clog to free so I went back down. The nice young lady at the front desk said they were sold out for the night and couldn’t switch me to a different room but then she said they had a few on hold in case of emergencies. She tried to switch it to one of these on hold rooms and when she did, the manager called and ripped her a new one over the phone which I could clearly hear. He said not to switch me and to instead call the maintenance guy. I waited for about a half hour before he came up and he couldn’t break it free either. After being checked into the hotel for almost 4 hours, they finally switched my room. The manager was more worried about losing his money than taking care of his customers. The bed sucked, the shower had mold around the top and they obviously don’t clean very well if they left a toilet clogged before they left it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere decent.

Nice but the Property Has Seen Better Days

The stay was nice, staff was friendly and accommodating and I slept well. But the property itself has seen better days. Lots of stains on the walls, wallpaper peeling, the room was clean, but it had a lot of stains and cobwebs.

Fully satisfied.

The breakfast is pretty good. The room itself was very good. Bathroom is a bit dated but at this price point, that is to be expected. Service from front desk is excellent. Sorry...don't recall the Indian woman's name but she was so kind and nice. I hope owners give her a big raise!!!!

Nice property. Staff was friendly. Location was amazing, lots of food and shops close by. Room was clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Nice size bathroom. Didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled good and looked like it had plenty of options. The do provide the bigger installed bottles of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner but they didn't have body wash. The shower did make a loud whistling noise. Other than that, no complaints.

A good solid experience!

The hotel was clean and neat, however, the front door needs service and makes a lot of noise. Additionally, there were a lot of young men loitering in the parking lot, which didn’t create a safe and secure feel but otherwise a good experience. I do believe breakfast should be free…

Price was ok for a 1 night stay but the pool was closed for “ongoing maintenance”, no canteen and the vending machine was “out of order” as was the printer at the “business center”. May be time for a property renovation.
