Family trip

Room was clean when we got there. Beds were comfortable. Use the heater not the AC. No smells if you didn’t park by 5 PM you had to park further and we have disabled parking. Breakfast would have been okay but not refilled and workers annoyed when we asked. Ends at 9am and we’re there at 8:30 I think people were scared to ask. Possible they have residents. Didn’t notice they were pet friendly and huge dog surprised me when I was walking out of room. Good stay and possibly better except for moody workers. We never had room serviced by choice just swapped out towels 3day stay. We took out trash ourselves. Overall, I would stay there again, knowing to get there super early for breakfast.

Took a gamble booking here. Room was nice, clean except the carpet (time to remove) Also took forever to get the over the top (air freshener?) smell out of bathroom. Hall carpets also need a deep cleaning or removal. Clientele? As expected for a cheaper rate… some guy puking in parking lot at 1:30am, girl crying… and huge lingering smell of pot in hallway at entrance C!! Oh well.

It is a nice hotel. The only problem is beds are small. It's difficult for 2 people to sleep in the beds. Other than that they were clean and nice and had breakfast.

At check in, we we told that we would be charged $75.00 a night for our crated dog, which I knew there was a fee but not that high. After we got back to our room, we noticed someone’s clumps of hair in 2 areas on the floor, the next morning, we told the front desk, we were told that we should have come down to the front desk then, it was late and we were tired. The corridor where we were staying reeked of pot to the point that we could smell it in our room, this is a non-smoking property. Then there was construction going on above our floor, which was not mentioned to us. We have stayed at other Country Inn Suites and have enjoyed them and was surprised of this one.

No sleep, rough night

Hotel booked a bus load of college students who were loud all night long. In addition they let the bus idol all night right below the rooms. There was no night safe around to address the issues or if there was they were not concerned about other customers. It also resulted in no food available at the provided breakfast.
