Wonderful Stay

When we arrived, it was getting very busy. Seems there was a wedding group arriving and a family reunion arriving as well. Even with all the noise happening I was waited on promptly and with friendly service. She referred to her colleague who said “yes I’m taking care of it.” I realize after that they were moving me to a quieter area. We were on the third floor at the very end and it was very quiet. Even though there were large groups there and very loud downstairs at times, which is understandable, we only heard them at breakfast, but they were a good group and it really wasn’t bad. Great selection of breakfast items And those working there kept it up very well. Lots of seating space too. The types of eggs changed with each day as well as the meat options. Standard fair as far waffle maker, muffins, and quick grab items as well. Our room was very clean and spacious with a refrigerator and a microwave. We had a King bed with a sofa. Laundry was just down the hall and was 2.50 to wash and $2 to dry. We were here for three nights and had no issues. There’s food locations that are in walking distance or close by as well as shopping. We had a great stay.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was so comfortable! Loved the shampoo and conditioner :) great water pressure! Awesome pool! Wished the bar stayed open regardless of amount of patrons. Loved free breakfast! We will be back!

This property needs major upgrades in Hallways, bathrooms and rooms. The bar in the back was great and service was great! But please upgrade everything especially the outdoor seating as well.

Front Desk sent a text to ask if my room was okay and obviously made a direct connection for any possible upcoming needs or concerns. She was also very hospitable at check-in. Bathroom toilet is a little too close to the floor for my comfort and water pressure not strong enough for a quick shower. The room is at a comfortable temperature, the TV is large and the bed linen looks clean.

Beware! Card was skimmed at this hotel. Despite having already paid the balance prior to arrival it was requested that I leave my card on file for potential damages (I understand this is common practice). We were placed in a room facing the highway. As others have mentioned, the sound of semi trucks and other travelers on the road was a constant disturbance and made it impossible to sleep. The carpets throughout the hallways and into our room were stained and filled the area with a heavy must. Decor was dated. Bathroom was tiny and akwardly designed with the shower behind the door? Just enough room to open it and not collide with the vanity. The bathroom accessories were wiggled loose from the drywall with paint chipped. After an 8 hour shift at work and a 6 hour drive we were exhausted and looking forward to a nice shower. I was disappointed to find out after I was already in the shower that the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were all empty. Beds appeared clean and breakfast the next morning was nice. All in all not worth the $200 paid for what was suppose to be a nice place. Now , back to the skimmed card. 6 days after staying here my card was used for two purchases near the hotel for close to $400. Its important to note that I had not used that card anywhere else since our stay when I put my card on file for the incidentals. This place needs a complete overhaul. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
