Toilet would not flush unless you hold the handle. Bathtub had a big hole on the side which they covered with tape! So they removed the stopper so you can’t take a bath. Come on, Best Western, DO BETTER!

Worth the price as long as you’re not charged twi.

I was booked into a room that did not have water and they had to change me to another. The hotel subsequently charged me twice because of the room change. I’m still trying to get that straightened out as the hotel says they did not charge twice. But yet it’s on my credit card twice. Things happen but it’s a disappointment. Other than that, the staff was good. The hotel was okay and I would stay there again.
