At checking the female staff was very professional and knows how to please the guest. 24 hrs coffee and tea plus chocolate chips cookies. Room lay out is good. A second chair by the desk for double occupancy is recommended.

The room was cleaned well. The bathroom was just okay. It does need to be updated. The shower head needs to be replaced of fixed so the water flows correctly. We got water everywhere because of the shower head. It needs to be descaled.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located. We did have a problem with the toilet flushing slowly, and then hardly flushing at all, which I reported to the front desk to have fixed after our first night. We returned at 11pm that night from a wedding, and the toilet never got fixed. We were told maintenance wasn’t there on Saturday. Other than that frustration, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pool was in good condition.

Comfortable accommodations, easy access, rooms were a nice size, well appointed with everything needed. Very clean, comfortable bed, great towels and toiletries. Beautiful indoor pool and delightful well appointed breakfast bar to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
