I was very pleased with my room. It was clean and the staff was very nice. The room was spacious. My only negative would be the air conditioning unit, it was a bit loud, I’m very sensitive to noise at night otherwise the bed was really comfortable and the cost for the night was really reasonable.

The pool set up is very unique and right in the middle of the main lobby. Which is interesting but can get loud so they close the pool earlier than most hotels. The room was clean and comfortable. The evening guy checking us in was great! However the overnight/morning team were less great. While one guy was helping another customer the second guy was staring on unhelpfully and when the 1st guy suggested he help me he said something I couldn't hear and left to move his car.

The hotel met expectations. However, the toilets were very small like those found in a day care facility for children. Only one hour is available to use the pool: 10:00 am. If one is checking out after a one-night stay (check out is at 11:00) this is unreasonable. Like my stay in Baltimore, the front desk staff person was running around in the morning handling the desk and doing setup for breakfast. It appears that the hotels are under staffed or poorly staffed because customers were given the same excuse given in Baltimore (that the setup person was running late) when annoyed customers waited for more sausage because it ram out continually. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our family had a terrible experience with this property. We arrived after an 8 hour drive, only to find boogers on the wall, stains and hair on the comforter and hair ties on the floor. We were transferred to another room - same problems. We tried a third room - even dirtier. Management refuses to answer our calls and accept a waived approval from Expedia for a full refund. I believe management is posting falsified reviews of their own property. We ended up staying at Spark by Hilton, directly next door, and highly recommend. The Comfort Suites is unkempt, run down, and absolutely horrific. Would not recommend by any means. There are much better options for the exact same price in the area.

Quick weekend stay.
Front desk was friendly and courteous. Checking in and out without any problems. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere. Our room had a rather noisy cooling unit(?) hidden behind a poorly fitted piece of drywall in the sleeping room which was a bit difficult to zone out once we settled for the night. Otherwise a rather comfortable stay at an affordable price.

The pros: the hotel was surprisingly quiet. They have central air that is super nice. The area around the hotel is great. The cons: the floor in the bathroom was sticky and there was hair on the floor. I wiped the toilet seat with a tissue and it got visibly brown! That was disgusting. The breakfast was mediocre with cheap bagels and cheap yogurt. All in all I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The pool was closed pretty early in the evening, 9pm, and opened fairly late the next morning so we did not get the opportunity to enjoy it. The room was nice and clean.

OK for the price and location
Loved the design of the hotel and thevrooms, with separate living and sleeping areas. Also the indoor access to the rooms. However the indoor pool rose the level of humidity overall, and the odor of chlorine lingered through the atrium. There was a small field mouse in our room. The bathroom shower area showed its age. Friendly front desk staff. Cute that they named their luggage racks! Hotel was quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was pretty typical - nothing outstanding.

Great place at a great price
The beds are very comfortable. The room ac worked well. The hallways are quite warm due to the pool being in the center of the lobby and solarium type area. Staff was very friendly.
