The room was fine execept the TV remote didnt work, the clock was not set and my phone was dead and I need these two things to be working to tell time and watch TV, I was very disappointed.

First off the front of the hotel when the uber driver drop me of was unsafe I almost slipped down the area was still icey,wet,sippery.2nd only one elevator i was told when waiting with the maid service personnel.But they went in the elevator with there buggies and left me stanfing there because it was one elevator.As a guest they were soppose to let me go up first.3rd the pillow cases wasnt clean had stains on them. Then the top cover has black stains on bot bed spreads also one was torn.3rd I had problems with ac unit.It wasnt working on wall.So I picked up the phone to call room service THE PHONES DONT WORK.SO I HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON ONE ELEVATOR THAT WAS ONLY WORKING.THEN WE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP N IT WAS VERY NOSEY WE GOT UPSET AFTER WE WENT OUT FOR A BIT N CAME BACK TO RELAX IT STILL WASNT PEACE SO WE CHECKED OUT 6.40PM ON THE 11 N I BOOKED THE ROOM FIR 2 NIGHTS.IT WASNT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I WISH TO BE FULLY CONVERSATED FOR MY EXPERIENCE
