Did not love my experience in this hotel. Room was really hot at 75 degrees at night. Hotel turns off the a/c function in the rooms during winter and you cannot do anything. Called the front desk multiple times and person working never picked up. I went downstairs and she’s sitting right at the front desk. I was instructed to open a window, we were on the 4th floor and I assumed for safety the window would not open. She told me the windows open a “crack”. Went back to my room and opened the window over a foot where someone could have easily crawled out… Room and hotel did appear very clean to be a pet friendly property. However did find someone’s shoes, grapes and a beer bottle under the bed. The exterior appeared safe and the grounds well kept.

It’s terribly rundown and in need of a complete overhaul. It should not have a three star rating. The staff is very nice and helpful but the building is old and needs a complete renovation.
