Happy New Year
We were there for New Year's Eve. We had a corner room with a nice view of the fire pit area. The hotel has been updated since my last time there. The bed was comfy and refreshing shower. We would stay there again to ring in the New Year!

Could hear EVERY voice & conversation in neighboring rooms, late into night. Toilet seat wildly loose. No handsoap. Breakfast ran out, huge lines of about 30 people at 9:30, insufficient seating indoors so no warm place to have coffee at least. Terrible experience.

Good location. I recommend they separate the waffle line from other breakfast items. The breakfast line was so long. It took us half an hour to get to the eggs . The waffle machine is the bottleneck. The property is decent and the location is excellent. The shower water pressure is amazing.

I liked the back of the property but feel like I was placed in one of the worst locations on the property. There was no soap in the bathroom/available at the front, there was cigarette on the ground right outside of my room, clock unplugged from the wall, fridge turned off so wasn't cold to put cold food items into, room wasn't available at the designated check-in time, coffee maker unplugged and not ready to go, etc. Overall, disappointed in all of the minor details of the stay. Breakfast had good options especially for those that are gluten-free..Like that the property sold chips/salsa/wine, etc. so you didn't need to go anywhere if you wanted a snack. All staff I encountered was friendly. The location is good for seeing Main Street.

The property is lovely. Perfect location to all that Fredericksburg has to offer. Breakfast was amazing! Full of lots of choices and always stocked. Room didn’t have soap when we arrived. Hotel clerk said they had run out of hand soap. It was taken care of a day later. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay again.

Getaway hotel.
Simple quaint hotel. Friendly staff and nice services. Definitely a go to hotel for a short trip to Fredericksburg. Walking distance to Main Street. Would recommend!

Ceiling in bedroom leaked on bed after a rain. No hot water in room on check in and the following day. Repaired on 3rd day. Overall stay was enjoyable. Hot breakfast was excellent. Grounds were nice liked the outdoor fireplace Great location to downtown.
