There were bugs and hairs on the bed.We had to change the sheets and clean around the bed. Great breakfast and beautiful place but not a lot of attention with one of the most important things , cleanliness, I talked to the general manager and she said she would have a meeting with the cleaning crew. We stayed there over 20 times but this will be our last stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is clean, comfortable, unique and the grounds are perfect. Loved sitting around the fire pit meeting some new people. The breakfast each morning hit the spot and the location to Main Street was great! We will definitely be back!

Great location, great hotel

It was a short 2 night stay and the hotel was in a perfect location at one end of Main street, just a block behind. We had 3 in room and by 3rd person taking a shower, the water wasn't as hot as i'd like it to be. Otherwise, it was very clean, quite and the grounds are amazing. It was February so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Breakfast was great! I'd stay here again!

A great local hotel with a heated pool!

This is a really special hotel that is not your typical "corporate chain". It feels like a local business that goes to great lengths to take care of their guests. The property is the biggest draw...excellent amenities and a huge grassy area next to the creek. Super close to main street. The hotel is older but they've renovated it nicely and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend getaway

Great weekend stay in Fredericksburg. Cute comfy hotel close to everything. Nice pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces to relax. Will definitely come back

This inn had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay and then some. Unfortunately we weren’t here long enough to enjoy the additional amenities they had on the ground abut we will be back very soon to make use of what they have to offer here (fire puts, heated pool, etc)

While it is a remodeled older hotel, the location is great, they have done a great job on outdoor amenetities like the hot tube and pool area. The rooms AC was frustrating but worked, just hard to find a happy medium, and there was hardly any towels of all things for us? It was a really good hotel but not 5 star caliber.

Excellent choice near Museum of Pacific War

Very friendly staff, accomodating. Only very minor point that window has shutters so you can't block outside light completely. Very near the Museum of Pacific War and restaurants.

Trip was last minute and I must say this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! It’s an older hotel but has been updated and was definitely better than I was expecting! We didn’t get to make it to breakfast but maybe next time!

Rude Check in clerk!

We checked in at 2:37 pm and the front desk clerk told me that check in was 3pm. I said I know that and ask if there was a problem? She said it’s just many people checked in early. She was not friendly and almost rude. It was a night and day difference to the front desk clerk in the evening. He was polite, professional and friendly! Perhaps you should switch them.
