This is my second time here as the first stay was wonderful.. it's clean, quiet, staff is professional, excellent breakfast and the beds are so comfortable.. spent a little more on a suite but it was well worth the money with a very spacious room..

Standard Hampton inn. Breakfast is a notch above many other chains - hot oatmeal and a dish of cut melon - some healthy options among so many unhealthy. Bed and room were all fine. Our room had few working outlets which was a little inconvenient. Check in service was surprisingly not good. Agent First acted as if a pet was problematic even tho the website expressly said pet friendly. She later explained it was just a question of paying the pet fee - which was expected. Then she said my daughter couldn’t check in as needed to be 21 - she is almost 30. It can be hard to tell someone’s age but there is a much nicer way to handle your uncertainty. She was not friendly or helpful.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and eager to please. The rooms were exceptionally clean! Beds were comfy. The entire property was in tip top shape. Breakfast staff were always cleaning the area and restocking. My grandchildren and I totally enjoyed the pool. I do not have one negative comment. If you are in the Fredericksburg area, this is where you want to stay!

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free morning breakfast was delicious and all day coffee available was very much appreciated. The parking outside was very easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is next to a broad array of shops/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The room was very new and decorated beautifully with a intentional concern for comfort.
