The hotel overall was under staffed, the ladies working did their best but needed help. The bathrooms on the first floor lobby area were dirty with stains on the toilets or toilet not flushing. In the room even with the heat turned up it seemed as though cold air was blowing out and the room got so dry at night. Pool area was nice.

Room was “weathered” and bathroom door can only be closed from inside. Loud party music from event room until 11 pm. The hotel was far from historic Fredericksburg etc.

You don't know where the parking is. The place is unsafe and the location is dirty. The walls are stained so bad. Walked in to people throwing up outside and inside the hotel. I would not recommend ever!

Inside the property itself was lovely. Clean. Very nice room. Spacious bathroom. Small refrigerator. Staff was very friendly and polite. The area was sketchy. Felt unsafe. Passed 3 police cars with their sirens blaring on the road leading to the hotel. Only stayed one night though so it wasn’t a big deal. Just made my husband take the dog out for her walk instead of me.
