We stay here all the time as our halfway point when traveling and absolutely love this place. The beds are always so comfy. The staff is amazing and kind and we love the cats lol. Super peaceful and located right by all the downtown action.

The place was very charming and the owners were extremely friendly. The location is perfect—a short walk to the historic Main Street. Our room was great and looked like it had been updated recently. Our only nits were the pillows and the breakfast, but the place is a tremendous value. We’ll be back the next time that we’re in Fredricksburg.

We spent the better part of a week at Peach Tree and really liked it. The staff were super friendly, and we were upgraded from a king suite to a 2 BD/2 BA little house, with a full kitchen, dining room and family room, hardwood floors throughout. Very clean place, including plug-in pest control units. The included breakfast served in the office is a grab and go muffins, bagels, cookies, etc. , so we decided to pass. We liked the drive in carports just outside the doors. Monster ice machine on-site, very nice to have access to that! On-site pool too, we didn’t use it though. Needs some work! LOL. Price is reasonable! Recommend Peach Tree…

Nice quaint inn with clean room. Nothing fancy. Like staying at your grandparent’s house. Great hot shower with plenty of water pressure!! Fresh towels provided daily without having to ask for them.

We've been to Fredericksburg several times but always stayed outside the town. The Peach Tree is within easy walking distance of downtown which is nice as you don't have to find parking. Staff is excellent and there was a large, black tabby cat in the lobby! The room was spacious and clean. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Surprisingly quiet for being just off Washington Street. Did I mention covered parking! Would definitely return!

This was a nice little gem of place to stay. The water pressure for the shower was like a power massager. It was AWESOME!! It is a little dated, but very nice. The only thing I would recommend is BETTER PILLOWS... They were kind of flat with no support. So I know if we return to bring my own. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.
