We were given a room and it smelled very musty. The room was dirty. The towels were stained and dirty. They moved us to another room and the room was dirty and the towels were stained and dirty. I went and got new towels and they were also stained and dirty. Needless to stay, skipped the shower this night. This is a 2 star motel charging 5 star rates and it just isn’t anywhere near what it should be. The pictures online falsely represent this facility.

The staff was nice & the room was clean. HOWEVER, THE REFRIGERATOR WAS BROKEN — DID NOT KEEP ANYTHING COLD!!! — AND IT WAS NOT REPLACED!!! I reported it to the desk 3 (three) times & nothing was done!!!

The hotel was in poor condition. It is in desperate need of renovation. The door wouldn’t stay closed unless you engaged the deadbolt or safety latch. The breakfast was ver low quality. However, the sheets and bedding were clean and the pillows were good.
