The room was questionable,dirty. light bulbs missing, no battery in the smoke detector, shower not nice, supposed to have a couch or chair and table. Not there. No tissues, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, we were exhausted and just wanted to rest. Went to manager who really didn't care. Gave me a box of tissues and told me not to worry about the smoke detector. The other guest were extremely loud all night, no concideration for other guests. I will never stay here again. Would not reccomend anyone stay here.
The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable, I booked a king sized run and they had to move me because they were doing construction in the room behind. I got a double bed room
The walls had drip stains, the bathroom baseboards were filthy.
The best part? They put mToe in a connecting room, and the LOCK DID NOT WORK.
To make matters worse, I had to book an additional night and they charged me an additional 20$.

Comfortable bed, awful amenities
Bed was comfortable. No chair in room other than desk chair. Receptacle were lose. Bathtub spigot lose from wall. I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled like stahl cigarettes.
Room could use some upgrades - bathroom outlet broken, ironing board broken, crusty bathroom fixtures, freezer iced over, noisy fridge. Not the best at cancelling out the noises outside like vehicles and neighboring businesses.
Booked through Expedia. Got to hotel & they said I did not have a reservation. Used the confirmation number I had in email. Had to try to call Expedia, could not talk to a human. Finally gave up & pressed an option about booking & got confirmation number sent to my email. Went back in to hotel & gave same confirmation number & it worked,
Room was dirty, Dirt & debris on the floor. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Wiped up water by dog spilled & napkins were black from the floor. Very noisy, Curtain didn’t even close fully. Went outside & looked in the window & you could see our bed in the mirror reflection cause the curtain was too short. Police making rounds in parking lot. Garbage all over on stairwells & by ice machine. Microwave was dirty, old plastic cup in freezer. Mosquitos in room . Wouldn't stay here again.
The desk clerk disappeared for hours in the afternoon with no replacement. We got there early and called to see if we could check in a little early. Even the 800# for HOTELS couldn’t get in touch with any one.
Went to check out and had a hard time understanding the gentleman. Never got a receipt which I went in for. They are trying to update but have a long way to go.
Room was ok but AC did not work at all and it was 100+ degrees during the day an 90 degrees at night. Asked to switch rooms after reporting AC didnt work we were told we couldn’t get another room and was offered a fan and told maintenance would come. No one ever showed up so we ended up checking out a full 18 hours early after paying for a 2 day stay and not being offered any kind of refund. Will never be staying here again.
