I arrived to check in and there was a man speaking with the hotel staff. He was upset because his room card wouldn’t allow access to the breakfast area when he was told it would.keep in mind it was 7:50PM and he and the other parents were just looking for a place to socialize. He and the staff went back and forth for some time about the issue - she kept apologizing for the inconvenience but said management wouldn’t allow them to congregate there, etc. he began to get angry, calling her a liar. He began yelling at her about her lying and even said “god damn” at one point until she went and unlocked the breakfast area for them. I gather from the interaction he is here with a hockey team. When she came back, she was on the phone with her manager on speaker. I heard the entire conversation. Once she wrapped that up she was visibly upset but was not kind or polite with me and didn’t apologize for the wait or what I witnessed. It was extremely uncomfortable and did not make me feel good about staying. I feel for her, I do not feel that man should have treated her that way but she should have been professional enough to be friendly with me afterwards.

No security. Two senior boys soccer team were running, screeming, knocking on doors until 3 oclock. So coach or parents. When the coach showed up, he was in the hall with the kids during the night. I went to the lobby at 1 oclock, 1:30 and 2:30. She didnt know witch room the coaches were. She couldnt do anything except talk loudly to them in the halls. We didnt sleep. The doors let all the noise through. At one time, the boys forced themselves in one the our girls room. Another one put bis foot in the door to keep them from closing it.
