The room was decent, but hallways and elevators were dirty and in need of repair. We planned to stay 2 nights but were informed, after checking in, that on the second morning of our stay, there would be an unplanned hydro outage beginning at 6 am for approximately 8 hours. Hotel was willing to cancel the second night without any fee, but inconvenient to have to relocate.

We only stay here, when we come to town. Everyone is so nice. The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing. It's in the best location. The rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you need. Can't wait to come back!

Nice location, but several misses. Only one of two elevators was in service throughout our stay. TV channels were very limited - bring a Firestick if you want to watch sports. Chambermaid was inconsistent in what she re-stocked in terms of bottled water, coffee, towels, etc.

I find it ridiculous that you have to pay for parking. Can't think of another time I've had to do that at hotel, at least that wasn't parked by a valet. Despite the age of the building, the rooms are nice, clean and quiet.

We had to wait an hour to check in. The restaurant there was very slow. Elevator was broke. Hot tub at pool was broken. I did however receive a discount for my wait. And front desk was awesome. Room was good.

Great location, rooms need work

Stayed overnight with a family of 4. The hotel’s breakfast was the highlight of the stay, and the location was excellent: easy walking distance to restaurants and right next door to an active park that was hosting a festival in the evening and farmers market in the morning. The room was only ok: everything was dusty, the carpet was worn and smelly. The pool was nice for the kids but a little grubby and the hot tub was out of order.
