Adequate, lots of potential

Somewhat dated hotel with DIY touchups to paint etc. Everything was fine, you just knew it could have been tweaked a bit to be better. Comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good with hot eggs, sausage and make your own waffles as well as the standard continental breads and cereal.
