One day before we arrived they told us the elevator was broken and they needed a part. When we arrived we were booked on the fourth floor which meant many many stairs to climb and I'm 83 years old. If I can get past that the hotel was clean and the folks were always eager to help.

The elevator was unavailable ans we were on the 4th floor . It was quiet a walk . The hotel was busy but they did not do anything to compensate us .

Great location just off the highway. The elevator was down which would have been better to know before booking. Staff member was very friendly. Only one stairwell from the lobby up to the floors so lots of walking. Room was clean and large. Hallways and stairwell still not updated but hopefully it’s on their list. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. We didn’t go in the pool or gym.
