I cannot comment on the property as we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and we are now at a Wyndham property in Fredericton. The alternative accommodation is acceptable but not what we reserved. This is not meeting our expectations of either Expedia or Holiday Inn Express.

Staff at front desk checked us in early. He was awesome. Area in the lobby was perfect for visitirs to come. So clean! Breakfast had lots of options...would 💯 stay here again!

Check in was slow and we had to return after being served because we could not receive our key, even though a room had been assigned. Once we returned, I had to wait again and start over with the process. Should have online check in and check out as with other hotels I regularly use. Otherwise, the room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate although the heat could not be turned down, amd the breakfast area was very nice with a lot of food options. The beds were great and comfortable as well.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, the proximity to the university parking, east of check in and check out, if I were to say anything, it would be not the quality of the food. The quality of the food for breakfast was great but the quantity Left a little bit to be desired. There didn’t seem to be enough food out at a time. There was a lineup for omelets for example because they were out and they brought out 10 at a time when you have some people putting two on a plate and they weren’t keeping on top of plates and bowls. Other than that, it was great. The taste of the food seem to be fine, but that would be my only issue was that the quantity of food did not meet the demand.

Nice hotel
This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is that the carpet in the room looked worn and in need of replacement.

My only complaint was that you could always hear the guests in the room above us. Floors are hardwood and not very soundproof.
