We had one bed that was a very bad mattress, no tub faucet in tub so could only take showers, difficult to get temperature in shower balanced, and very noisy neighbors that were up all night and it sounded like they were moving funiture as well as one period where they got busy loudly but did not sleep instead talked and moved furniture again. Could not sleep through noise ( very thin walls)

Room was clean. AC works well. Didnt like being asked to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to office to check me in though. We had lots of mosquitos in the room due to gap around door. Maybe hanging a mosquito strip in the rooms would help

It was so bad upon checking in I asked for a cab and gave them the time and everything but this morning when I was ready and went to check out the open sign was on and the office was empty and then I missed my flight and had to book a new flight.

Lincoln Inn

The room was clean and tidy. Service was friendly and efficient. They offered coffee service in the morning which was excellent. Pleasant affirdable stay. There was a brief loud flurry of activity around 8 or 9 pm but it was very quiet hence forth.

I can count on one hand how many bad reviews I have given in 50 yrs of traveling. The Lincoln Inn RM # 30 never again!!! Firstly room unclean and in poor disrepair.... Most of the floors boards were lifted up and or cracked. There was 1 thin sheet and a thin blanket no extras only 3 pillows on the bed and smelled of perfume ( and not fabric softener). Furniture old and needed repair. No outlet by or near the bed just an extension cord when I pulled the night table out it was visibly unclean with dust and dirt. Samples of toiletries were small enough for one person hubby did not even shower and no blow dryer to be found...Very disappointed to say the least... Expedia should not recommend this location unsatisfactory to say the least.

Comfortable stay

Friendly service, room was comfortable and quiet so had a good night's rest. Bathroom was adequate, had plenty of hot water. No hairdryer but not a big deal.

The inside of the room was really clean and well maintained. The linens smelled great! There wasn’t a hair dryer and the bath could be updated. Over all we had a great stay!

I noticed the smoke detector was missing from the part to connect to the ceiling. There was a large hole in the wall beside the bed and above the door. Also there was drywall repair done on the ceiling that was poorly done. And the shower curtain was brown on the bottom from constant lime scale not being cleaned.
