Very nice clean hotel. We had a ground floor room and it was lovely to be able to walk out directly to the car. Breakfast was very nice and they accommodated my non dairy diet with soy milk. Very kind staff.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay there again. A couple of nuisances, the bathroom fan made an excessive screech (room 117) when turned on and the heating / air conditioning unit sounded like rocks being thrown at it when it came on. It continued to wake my wife and I up whenever it started. I did find the area around the hotel a little too dirty with dog feces. As a dog owner, I blame the other dog owners for their lack of consideration for cleaning up after their pet. However I did notice that there were no outside disposal bins for any waste of any sort and that’s on the hotel. The hotel is in a light commercial area but it is not far from shopping or many fast food restaurants and the Hilltop Restaurant which is one of our favourites. I would give this an 8 out of 10 and would most definitely stay here in the future if travelling with my pet.

I would definitely choose to stay again the next time I’m in Fredericton. Exceptionally clean, staff were very helpful, it was quiet, and the complementary breakfast was better than most restaurants.
