Never again Staff Lady harrassed me outdated hotel
Staf lady was psycho to me. They harass you at 9-10 in the morning for an 11 Am checkout before the checkout time. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is outdated and overpriced. When I complained to the lady about being harrassed (this happened on more than one stay there the same woman was completely nuts. Will never go back to this hotel. Very crazy staff person.

The bathroom was out the the 1970’s and even then it would have been unfashionable. The room had dead moths on the floor when we arrived, and then later we discovered silverfish in the bathroom. It obvious that any money spent on the hotel has been on the reception area alone. Breakfast was also poor, think the bread was also from the 1970s… Never again

Byens førende. Men kun af navn?
Personalet i receptionen var supersøde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden stor, men en lille smule bagud i opfyldning - og den ene morgen var det halve af restauranten afspærret til selskab, hvilket gav lidt pladsudfordringer. Og så var der papkopper på værelset, hvilket bare bliver en smule "tarveligt". Men... det varme vand! Det er der ikke meget af på 5. sal. Jo, hvis man lader vandet løbe "længe", fik jeg at vide af den venlige receptionist, da jeg checkede ud. Men hvorfor siger man dog ikke det, når man checker ind? De vidste jo, at der var problemer. Så hvorfor giver man værelset i første runde, når man ved, det ikke virker, og alligevel bare vil flytte en til er andet værelse? .... for netop dér (værelse eller etage?) var det åbenbart bare sådan, det var. Første morgen nåede vandet at blive varmt, før jeg gik i gang med kold etagevask. Anden morgen opgav jeg. Da jeg checkede ud, beklagede jeg mig, og havde ønsket, jeg havde sagt det efter første morgen, for så kunne jeg have fået nyt værelse.

En gang og kun en gang.
Vi ankommer i den tro, at der er gratis parkering i gården bag hotellet og betalings parkering i p-kælderen. Vi bliver så bonnet 105 kroner for, at parkere i gården, synes det er småligt og ikke ok, dersom der stod gratis parkering under bookningen. Værelset som vendte ud mod gården var meget trangt og "badeværelset " var meget lille og lugtede af kloak. Ingen form for udluftning. Gulvtæppet var fyldt med pletter og pyntepuderne ligeså. Hotellet emmede af slitage og trænger i den grad til en gennemgribende renovering. Sengene var ok, men svært at sove med puppen nedenunder. Den fine terrasse der hører til puppen, ligger på bagsiden af hotellet og der er man indlagt til fest både eftermiddag og aften. Hotellets beliggenhed er perfekt i alle henseender. Vi må nok erkende, at vi vælger et andet hotel næste gang vi besøger Frederikshavn.

Super schönes Hotel mit tollem Zimmer mit Blick zum Hafen. Sehr freundlichen Personal. Parkplatz am Hotel (gegen Aufpreis). Das Frühstück war reichlich. Sehr gerne wieder ☺️
